The OSI layers of a network

is he mistaking or is that real. I mean what about wifi becuase if I connect from my phone to the router there is a MAC address for the wireless interface even Bucktooth has a MAC address.

@miguel may I ask for your help?

MAC addresses are on Layer 2.

WiFi, Copper, Fiber, radio, etc. is layer 1 (Physical).

WiFi still uses ethernet, it’s just not on copper. Think of WiFi as replacing the CAT 6 cable, but everything in the layers above layer 1 is the same.
